Extreme Dana 20 Output System Kit
By far one of the weakest links in your Bronco's drivetrain is the stock Dana 20 output shaft. Years of wear and tear, heating and cooling, as well as the demands of off-roading takes its toll on the output shaft. With its 25% larger diameter, the 32 spline Extreme Duty Shaft is 50% stronger than the stock 10 spline shaft. Installation can be done easily in one afternoon.

All system components fit into the stock unmodified output shaft housing. The overall assembly will be 3/4" longer than stock so it is possible but not likely that the rear driveshaft will need to be shortened. We include detailed installation instructions.
