4340 Gold U-Joints Pair | |

Item #: 8786 The 4340 forged material alone yields approximately 25% strength increase over OEM joints. The increased trunnion size yields about 72% strength increase, eliminates needle bearings which can disintegrate during extreme use and eliminates needle-bearing lock up. (will not fit stock axle) * The ironically bonded coatings eliminates the need for bearings or bushings and prevents gauling from metal to metal contact. * Each cap & trunnion has its own 300 PSI-pressurized grease reservoir to replenish grease as it is consumed. The pressure keeps out water and debris that are normally sucked into OEM joints during water crossings, deep mud, and pressure washing. Bding able to grease each cap prevents caps from being starved for lubrication. * The unique cross & trunnion periphery allows larger cross section to be installed in small yoke configurations without using a multi-piece cross design. Moving the shear planes out lessens the stress significantly. * We supply a high temperature copper & graphite grease of finely divided soft metals & solid lubricant which prevents metal to metal contact under 200,000 psi loads and will not break down in temperatures up to 2000º F. * Full circle snap rings prevent caps from working our of axle cups. LED Tail Light System | |

Item #: 9388 The LEDs have arrived! Featuring a Lifetime warrantee, they install in just 5 minutes and are made in the USA. Not all LED systems are created equal. Conventional wisdom for Bronco LEDs has been to stuff a handful of LEDs into the space of the tail light and call it good. We wanted an LED kit that utilized the optics of the stock lens. Since we didn't have an electronic engineer at WH we sent a set of stock Bronco buckets and lenses to our friends at Dakota Digital. What they came up with is truly modern technology in an extremely effective and simple to install package. The LED lighting system is engineered to utilize your existing wiring harness, tail light lens and assembly. Whether you have OEM wiring, or have updated to a new style harness, installation is effortless! The design of the circuit board provides consistent brightness regardless of voltage from 10.5-16 volts. If you can change the tail light bulb you can install this LED system.  The upper right image shows the LED unit installed. The lower right image shows the LED produced light is very bright. FlowKooler Mustang 5.0 Serpentine Pump Reverse Rotation | |

Item #: 5017 With the FlowKoolwer water pump you get double the number of impeller blades, from 8 to 16, further increasing the low RPM performance of the pump. The new patent-pending MiraKool 16 (M-16) FlowKooler impeller more than doubles the water flow rate at idle, (which is perfect for off-roading) yet drops back to stock output at 3,500 RPMs, avoiding too much water flow at higher RPM. By doubling the GBM output, FlowKooler water pumps help solve engine overheating at idle. Doubling the GPM also puts more pressure in the block keeping the water against the cylinder walls which assists in keeping the motor running cooler. Independent testing by a major engineering university and the world's largest automotive manufacturer has proven FlowKooler pumps outperform all other makes at low speeds. One more added bonus is that the aluminum water pump weighs considerably less than its cast iron counterpart. This model is a 86-93 Mustang 5.0 Serpentine water pump for the 5.0 conversions.
