The T18 4 speed came in 68-82 F100-F250s. It is 1" longer than the stock setup so slight driveshaft modifications may be necessary. See the Manual Transmission section for more info on NP 435.

C-4 to Bronco Dana 20 Adapter
This adapter consists of a new aluminum housing, custom C-4 output shaft that is identical to the stock Bronco C-4, bearing retainer, seal and gaskets. No driveshaft modifications are necessary when replacing a manual three speed that was mated to a V-8. The original manual three speed spud shaft may need to be shortened in some applications. This adapter consists of a new aluminum housing, custom C-6 31 spline to Dana 20 spud shaft, bearing retainer, seal, and gaskets. The overall setup will be about 2 1/2" longer than stock. Driveshaft and crossmember modifications are necessary. Transfer case linkage will need slight modification to fit on this adapter.

Ford Automatic w/ OverDrive to Dana20 Adapter
This adapter consists of a new aluminum housing, main shaft, spud shaft, bearing retainer, seal and gaskets. The overall setup will be about 1 1/2" longer than stock. Driveshaft and crossmember modifications are necessary. T-shift Dana 20 will be the easiest to use with only minor modifications. We are told the J-shift can be used with "a little ingenuity". We offer the early 80-87 and the later 88 and newer adapters.

ZF 4WD 5-Speed to Dana 20 Adapter

ZF Four Wheel Drive 5-Speed to Dana 20 Adapter
The ZF 5 speed has been used in Ford trucks for some years now and these transmissions are becoming more plentiful in the salvage yards. This aluminum adapter is 1.5" long and comes with a new spud shaft and alignment retainer. The installation of this transmission will require the fabrication of a new cross member and transfer case shift linkage bracket. The ZF 5 speed is a large transmission and due to its size driveshaft modifications are required. It can be done without a body lift but it will be easier with a little extra room.
This adapter is only used on a four wheel drive!

Our package comes with the small block Ford bellhousing adapter, the Bronco Dana 20 adapter, crossmember kit, and a Centerforce clutch disc. The transmission and shifter are not included.
The deluxe version includes our Centerforce II clutch and pressure plate with new throw out bearing and pressure plate bolts.
