PAINLESS fuel injection harnesses are pre-tested for guaranteed performance. Our customers deserve the assurance that after installing our harness it's going to work! We connect all of our fuel injection harnesses to custom built, PART# specific continuity and pinout test boards to test each circuit for functionality and consistency in manufacturing. These test boards ensure each connection is working properly and that all pinouts are correct.

A wiring harness is only as good as its wire. PAINLESS harnesses use only TXL automotive grade wire. TXL wire handles more current and has a much higher temp rating than standard general purpose (GPT) wire used by many of our competitors. TXL wire is abrasion resistant and will not kink, which makes it much easier to route.
With PAINLESS harnesses, most of the work is done for you.
PAINLESS fuel injection harnesses are pre-terminated by special OEM tooled machines. All fuseblock terminals, ECM terminals and splices are pneumatically crimped for reliability and consistency. Our engineers design each fuel injection harness to be easily tailored to fit your vehicle. Every breakout is grouped and labeled which drastically reduces the amount of time it takes to install a harness. Each harness is OEM color coded and comes with a comprehensive, step-by-step installation manual.
